How long does it take to produce a Statement of Advice? 

It depends on how complex the advice is & the quality of the documents provided.  However, when you log the task you will be able to see the due date which is up to 5 business days.

Our system is live; you can log in at any time & see the status of each task.

How do you ensure that the requested task is completed within an acceptable time frame?

Our system displays a due date for each individual work request. Our staff are well trained & will ensure your work request is completed within an acceptable time frame.

Can I use BOOM for overflow processing of admin or SoAs?

How do you ensure my work is completed to the highest standard?

All work is checked by our QC team before it is sent back to you.

How do you ensure my admin tasks & SoAs are completed to my licensee standards & are compliant?

All work is completed in your CRM, using your templates, documents, processes. As a result, all output (including SoAs) meets your licensee standards. If you don’t have templates, let us know, we are happy to help.

BOOM allows you to lodge questions or comments to the Intiger team member doing your work.

Financial Advice

Does Intiger create the advice in my SoAs?

No, we do not provide any financial advice. You tell us the specifics you want covered in the SoA.

Does Intiger instruct or assist me in determining the best advice for my clients?

Our aim is to present excellent SoAs in line with your guidance. We do not make interpretations of the advice.

Who is responsible for the advice given to my clients in the SoAs?

In line with the universal rule, the adviser & licensee remain ultimately responsible for their advice.

You & Your Licensee

Is the output completed to my licensee standards/requirements?

Because we deliver everything in your CRM, using your templates your way we are always 110% compliant to your licensee standards. It's your way or no way!

How do you ensure all work is completed to my licensee standards/requirements?

We have a disciplined process of quality checking each SoA before it is returned to you.

Why hasn’t my licensee created such an amazing solution?

Our staff are accounting and finance graduates, who have now been trained in financial planning tasks while completing their Diploma in Financial Services.

What experience do they have?

They have at least 2 - 5 years experience in financial planning.

What qualifications do they have?

Our staff are all trained to the RG146 standard.

What is the difference between your staff & those in my office today?

How do you keep my CRM log in secure & safe?

We deliver industry leading data encryption & security. The security of your CRM is vital & we spare no expense at delivering 256-bit encryption & world standard security. Intiger, trusted by the biggest names in the Australian Financial Services industry, have you covered.

Do you keep any of my data?

Your data belongs to you & only you. We have no interest in holding, retaining or storing any of your data. Information submitted to us through BOOM is stored for up to 30 days after your task is completed.

Where is my data stored?

In your CRM! We only work in your CRM your way, we have no interest in holding, retaining or storing any of your data.

Can I get access to all my data instantly?

It's all in your CRM so you can access it instantly. It's your way or no way!

Cancellation & Feedback

What happens if my task is delayed?

One of our friendly staff members will be in touch with you if there are any delays.

Can I still request my task be revised, even after I have been billed?

While this is quite unusual, we are always happy to make any changes you desire. Please note, any revisions will be billed at your agreed rate.

How do I cancel any work I have ordered?

Of course, mistakes happen, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you with this. In some cases, a full refund may not be possible.

What do I do if I have a compliment or complaint?
